Got a email from Vivant site that there is a %42 discount sale on today....... I went to the site.....but I see no code to input in for the discount.....I wonder if all its authorized dealers have similar deals.

Its weird......to me its seems like a bad batch......It doesnt matter where it was purchased....seems like some are having the plastic melting and\or the plastic smell....and others are fine. I assume there will be modifications on future units....if cost effective.....better plastic...etc...

Im a novice with all this and had my ordered cancelled with Heaven Gifts.....but IMHO .....I think the units Heaven Gifts sell and the ones Vivant authorized dealers sell are the same units. I think it was a bad batch that affected all the sellers of this unit. PIU has had units that...

Even tho this device has its issues right now.... I cant wait to purchase one..... and the responses from @Vivant just wants me to buy this product more. I suppose I wait now... for the issues to be resolved...hopefully for the 420 sale I can find a authorized Canadian dealer for one of...

I also had mine order thru DHgate....but it was stuck at China's post and heaven gifts was nice enough to let me cancel the order .....I didnt want no part of plastic cracking or melting.......just doesnt sound like a healthy unit. Im going to wait to see if this issue is corrected.....if its...

I ordered mine thru heaven gifts also......Being in Canada it was my cheapest option seeing at the time it didnt look like a Canadian authorized supplier was available....( now they are tho) . I think they are the exact same product...but Im in the process to see if I can cancel the order...

Heaven Gifts stated they were authentic when I emailed them about the Vivant Alternate .... They also now show pre-order option on their web site now......Last week they had them in stock.

So this is happening to Vivant authorized dealers units and DHgate ones? Looks like a recall might be in order? Cant be too healthy if they are starting to melt or crack. I suppose replacing the mouth piece is good enough if that is the only part being affected ? Yikes I feel sorry for...

I'm still waiting for mine to come in but the plastic cracking is worrisome.... :( Seems like the design is great....and the quality of the vapor is very good from what Ive read here and other places. I wonder if there will be a new version of this unit in the near future built with higher...
