so what you're telling me is that I need to go through your system to find out when I bought this V3R unit from you, when that was the question I asked in the first place.
i like the Herc setup enough to have set up quite a few for friends and family, but I have had enough, the runaround with the ticket system and warranty issues, I'm done.
I didn't think that asking when i bought this V3R persei from them would be a problem.
