Does your top say V3 by any chance?

Couldn't agree more with you You don't really need to feather the button or do cool downs with the black rod. The only time I had it leak with a black rod was when I over loaded it...feathering is more of a 71 white rod thing to prevent burnt oil and leaking... And no you want to store it...

Thanks for helping me avoid doing math! I think I prefer somewhere in the mid to low 6's if I had better oil. I just got a horrible batch that has too much chlorophyll in it and it tastes horrible. The herc at 5.7V somehow makes the taste more manageable... I think 6.6-6.8 is perfect for...

Yes they do. Under spare parts, click ceramic heater and then there's a drop down with options for 71 and 74

The 71 white rod is 1.5 ohms. The 74 white rod should be 2.0-2.3 I believe. So if your 74 rod measured 1.5 it's the rod... @Hedonismbot I get what your saying. I've been running my herc at 5.7 V exclusively all week and loving every minute of it. But the sr71 is no longer made or available so I...

    Discontinued The Firefly Vaporizer

Well Firefly is on it's way back...works perfectly... I inquired about the more snug fitting battery doors and they said they know about the issue and it's not always solved by getting a new battery door. So off it goes... I'm interested in how long this will take. Stacy said they would get...

What @DieHard said. Except a little more...except for 3.7V herc you probably gonna need to preheat a little. Once coil is full saturated with a little extra on top you want to press the button for a few seconds, keep holding and then puff a few times. Release button to avoid cutoff and...

Have no not experienced that at all. In fact, I actually prefer the 74 rod over the 71 rod (without the iris that is) but I also have not tried the 74 rod in the iris yet so can't say for sure which I like better overall. Sounds like something could be wrong with your rod? Did you check resistance

@herbivore21 it's not the 8 flower cartridge anymore...I believe the kept the name and it's more of a high end Persei now for oils...I believe

I don't think you can get an sr71 anymore. They're sold out at Pv and vapor warehouse and are no longer made. So your only option is an sr74 or a used 71 if you can find it. They're pretty much the same, 71 has more powers which is only good for the IRIs (VV) in my opinion. Which isn't even out...

My experience with customer service is much closer to @Sleepin in CA . The only Time I don't get a quick response is when I email them on Friday I usually don't get a response til Monday and sometimes have to send another one on Monday but if I do have to do that I usually get a response within...

Which is the easiest portable vaporizer to use?

Wrong spot to post l, should be in ask FC thread I believe but anyway... Only used MFLB a few times so not an expert but most of the vaporizers now a days will not burn you materials. Some will get it close to the point your abv is almost black but that's about it. Most have a learning curve...

    Discontinued The Firefly Vaporizer

I don't know much about MFLB or VG but I know for sure it's nearly impossible to combust in an iolite. Sure you can get dark dark brown abv but this is just from being constantly heated. Unless your abv was black and/or ashy you weren't getting combustion. And if your not careful you can get...

Black rod is a whole different beast. As long as you go into it knowing it takes a little more work and patience to get similar clouds you should be fine

Bench vice or any clamp works well. I tried two coins and I don't know if I'm just weak but it didn't do much

F bomb or Pn WT work well also. You need two hands but it may be better than risking the nibbler. You can get blemished ones for pretty cheap

Yeah I'm just guessing anyway i would get in touch with @THC SCIENTIFIC hell get you back on track. So....still LOVING the Iris. I've dialed it down to 5.7V with a 71 white rod. Still getting huge clouds with no throat irritation or harshness whatso ever and only pure amazing taste. It's like...

No. Sounds like something is wrong... Could be the batteries, could be the top... Is it dim when you press the button with an 18350 and no Hercules attached or only when the Hercules is attached? Also have you tried the same batteries that are dim stacked at 7.4V. (YOU NEED TO switch to the...
