Good advice! Like your doctor, I'd caution against overuse or reliance on Mucinex. It can help when you're truly congested but over reliance can mask infections or replace or impede natural sputum production.

Upon due consideration and experimentation I'd beg to differ with the Doc's hypothesis on room temp versus warm vaping -- which I find soothing and conducive to producing milky vapor. If the water is "too hot" I think his point about myst trapping...
