I can EASILY live without the flavor tips for the PN. I've never been able to get so many hits (or get so medicated) off of such a small amount of herb.
EDIT: Some sort of cap for the bullet would be nice so you could travel with pre loaded bullets.
The stems are made of silicone and they already withstand temperatures higher than the boiling point of water when in use with the UD. Boiling water remains at 212F and doesn't really get "hotter" without using a pressure cooker. It seems logical that you should be able to boil the silicone...
A few tips to get maximum cloud production (Low or High temp) on the PN without the WT:
1. Obviously, start out with DRY herb that is finely ground.
2. Loosely fill the bullet up to the top and (important!) then tamp it down...firmly, but not too hard.
3. Wait 1 minute after the PN says it's...
Nice refresh, Underdog. That figured rippled Tineo twig is gorgeous. :o I suspect it will only be a day or two before that beauty is snatched up!
Must...resist urge...to buy...Tineo twig. Don't...need...another vape. :luv:
I agree. The beauty of the PN is its size. I was looking for a "on the go" convection portable that would fit well in a pants pocket AND not be an herb hog. The PN fills these needs for me perfectly.
The Gotvape website suggests charging the PN 6 hours the first time in a response under the questions tab. Supposedly this "conditions" the battery. If this indeed the case, I didn't hear anything about it from Vaporblunt or Gotvape before this. I just charged mine for 3 hours before the first use.
Yeah, you're right. I just don't like the bulk of the VB2 in comparison with the PN. They're about the same length, but the VB2 is almost twice as thick. Plus, I don't really need the option for oils, concentrates etc.
More thoughts about my new toy, the Pinnacle:
It's not necessary to put the PN in its stand while it's charging since the power cord plugs directly into the PN itself. The stand, although made of plastic, feels solid and sturdy. I like that the stand allows me to use the PN hands free when I'm...
I remember reading your post about the taste with your PN, Rufus. I think you may have a defective unit. There was absolutely no problem with taste on my PN...even this first time I used it. Dealing with returns does suck, but I think it will be worth it in this case.
I found the taste to be good, too. Once the word starts to really get out about the Pinnacle, I can think of a few other companies that manufacture portables who will start to get really nervous. :whip:
My new Pinnacle finished charging about an hour ago. Here are my first impressions:
WOW. JUST. WOW!
Let me tell you why I'm so impressed with the Pinnacle. When I took it out of the box, what struck me first is how discreet the PN is. It has PINNACLE (sufficiently generic) etched into the...
I just got my Pinnacle! :D I love how small and simple it is...very discreet. Palming it is a cinch, especially since I have the world's largest hands. :brow: As soon as it's finished charging, I'll give my first impressions. There's nothing quite like getting a new toy, is there?
I was going to go for the XP, but from the reviews on the XP thread, it seems like the bugs aren't worked out yet. :(
PS. Sorry about the double post above. Not sure how that happened
