Hi. Because f2j asked, here are two pictures of the holder for the ZX-Wireless-HeatGun project.
Parts:
- A piece of wood
- A wire (with me it is welding wire 2mm, I think with a short lever also rigid copper wire 1,5mm from the electric wire goes)
- Drilling machine
- Pliers for bending the wire...
Also blown away.
I even tried to "rebuild" the BaKx because it's so rare and I wanted an ebony replacement ;)...the heater band is tricky, so is the connection. I was thinking of a hardwired version connected to an RDA...but it won't work without the proper heater band.
The construction is...
Hi. play around here so a bit...these capsules fit perfectly in the ZX chamber. If you change something changes. Maybe a little faster radiant heat ...capsule open, capsule closed...I just wanted to say: it fits. ;)
Hi. (the headline is/was: 45 seconds form cold to vape) -edit-
... ah ...those good old times. I think in the early 90s I met the gun and hated it.
Nowadays... ;)

Most of us have already wireless ballvapes at home, we just need a new handle and a sophisticated heating system...
Letztendlich...
Hi everybody! I have learned: RUBYS TASTE DIFFERENT ;) - But that's not all.
A inexpensive heat-controller in a nice dress was the goal. Look what happened:
So what do we have here:
- Box (and handle) built from elm wood. There was such a board lying around, and my band saw had to be tested...
..."found" a new glas. Sometimes the glas joints stick. Now they don't ;). KS29. Balljoint?! ...But I use the NS19 part most.
...my old LSV water pipe adapter makes it complete.
To avoid sticky glasjoints on NS19, I got myself some superfine 60µm stainless steel mesh and make my own dome...
Yeah... right! Made me nervous too... because it also doesn't get as hot (at the end) as you'd expect.
I shortened it (see the post before!) ;)
I'll try another pipe as well. With more stability. I only took the heater off yesterday to fill it up. That works great.
Thanx.
Edit: About the...
Wonderful!
So i warmed up some old coffee! ;) - Nice! Thanks! I was sure I am not the first...
I love cork!
BTW: I got Celsius! Some tweaking later...;)
Hi! I just don't know where to put this new Lego-Project... so I drop it here! ;)
... the "pinky and the brain", then I saw "Quaroma"... oh man. And the Flowerpot is always on my mind...! Pretty! Powerful!!!
I got no name yet, but I got some parts for you. Easy-peasy. Lego-Style! ;) The...
Stempod and Glow are almost equal in performance. I like the wood scent (I just can judge from the "Brazilian peach" side). Maybe that changes over time? The glow is really well built.
The Stempod tastes "cleaner", no extra scents. The Glow is a little shorter (5mm) and lighter.
Both really...
Hi! Oh wow... (2) what a futuristic-pretty ;). (1) I am searching for an RDA with bottom airflow, and two sealing rings. Like the ones used in the Stempods. But no real luck.
But I found a neat vape (Greendream / GLOW RCV 18 Dreamwood) that is not discontinued! Fine taste (some wood scents). I...
Hello. New year approaching...new idea... and a new question! ;)
Hey TommyDee... what if I separate the coil from the board? Good Idea?!
Two-Wires, 1mm2, 50-100cm length, should do the job. Is this an option?
I was thinking to give the coil a separate housing. Temperature-Controlled.
Possible?
... about your screens... I am still using the rogue-dosing capsules. To stop them falling down or else I actually use some stainless-steel-wire (SS316L / 24 gauge) inside the glasadapter to hold them in place. In the pic the lid of the capsule is missing. Most of the particles will stick to the...
Crazy to hear... I am still DIYing... just a teaser! (pic) Built out of non-vaperelated parts. I will report if only one of my three builds in mind will work. (sticking the light source in the other end is an option too, close to the original setup.)
I can just give you a workaround. The picture shows a NS19 female / NS29 male adapter. The inside/outside of the NS29 is for sure a cone.
If you cut the end of the NS29 about 5 mm (or less) the Aromed glas should fit in there with a proper seal.
As a bong lover I would use the setup with a...
