Give a fair chance. You're used to narrower bores and less volume. Adapting is easier than you think! Make sure to find sweet spot for water level. Triple discs can be tricky, no pun intended. :D

I can confirm the ELB is tolerable to touch directly after extraction. It's hot, of course, but cools rather quickly.
