what is the smallest water device recommended for the INH?

Hi Guys I am thinking of using my inhalator with some dried flower that has been soaked in a small amount of PG e-juice. My plan is to increase the amount of visible cloud and vape at the lowest temp which should preserve the weed as well. Any thoughts?
