Take a closer look, it isn't working at all. there isn't a downstem coming from the VXC notice how there is vapor in the bubbler but there are absolutely no bubbles in it. Basically it is like an extra air chamber, the only thing it is really doing to diluting the hit with all the extra air...

that wouldn't work, even in the top picture the bubbler isn't doing anything. Notice the water level is below the top of the showerhead cuts so the bottom bubbler isn't doing anything except taking up space. what you want is something like this

either of those are decent pieces but they are both production pieces that you can get anytime in the future, the chances of finding another EFS piece like that already in Europe and at such a great price are slim to none. If you can afford it I would buy it today and not think twice about it...
