Well, some days mother nature is an artist and other days she wants to be temperamental. Occasionally, those days collide. Sadly, the blank I had sourced from @Snappo was not destined to grace me with its presence. But he was absolutely great to deal with and really helpful through the whole...
I ordered an Air and Joda GonG from PIU a couple of weeks ago. I had waited for them to get the updated silver models before I got it. When I received it, I saw it was the old version without recessed holes. So I contacted them and returned it on Tuesday and got the second one on Thursday, along...
@Max1045 thats a gorgeous pup ya got there! That's why I love FC. There's so many amazing people on this forum that will go out of their way to help a total stranger in need, any way they can. This is the kind of site you come to for information, but stay with because of the positive vibes :peace:
You can use it with or without the condenser. If you prefer it without for ease of use there should be no problem but there will be vapor condensation on the inside of the wood that way
The omni is still available. I'm not sure about the whole pre-order status at this point. They're in stock at PIU so they're available. Last i heard dynavap has a 2 or 3 week wait for orders other than the og, but they're cheaper so you may find its worth the wait
I had a lot of fun playing around with the og today. I've been preferring it dry so far. The first few loads I got little to no vapor but the effects were surprisingly strong. As I had anticipated I would be, I was being a too shy with the torch and a little overly cautious with the click...
Yea it sounds like scorching but if there's no cherry or ash present then you likely didn't combust. Faster draw speeds could also help until you get your dimmer. Sorry if I missed this but have you tried it through a waterpipe to see how that does? I personally like having those high temps...
Shout out to Randy and Jake and all the oompa loompas behind the scene at @PuffItUp who keep the Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory of vapes and vape accessories running so smoothly. I've been seriously needing some portable options so I snagged an Air and Joda GonG as well as an og VC. Care package...
You can use the standard mouthpiece with glass. It's just a bit of a PITA because it will pop off the oven easily. I modified my crucibles so they would fit with the TonG, but you can just pack herb directly in the oven. I wouldn't grind it in that situation but I don't really grind with the HA...
@ltv this should help...

Hopefully I should be hearing back about my UD any day now. I'm anxious to see how it comes out!
I also just joined the club. I snagged an og from PIU to play with until I can get a Ti vong. Sorry for the stupid question lol. Does the og mouthpiece mate with 14mm glass or do I need the fat mouthpiece?
I've been enjoying the lsv with an m2m and eq basket quite a lot. I tried the domed screen method for a session but I was worried about flipping the screen when I stirred. Does anybody with the ddave mod know if it will work better for that? Like is the metered section similar to the standard...
I figure this thread could use a little activity. HA is great and doesn't get nearly enough attention, in my opinion. Sadly, I hadn't used mine since I got an lsv 5 months ago, but I decided to bring it out of retirement today. I tossed a few small nugs in the crucible. No grinding, no stirring...
TonGs are titanium on glass meant for 14 or 18 mm glass joints. They're in limited supply. The nylon, ss, and wood stems function the same as the ti basically. The herb is loaded in the metal stem and inserted in the heater core. It brings the load closer to the heat and adds conduction into the...
@CalyxSmokr I had the same problem with a most of my waterpipes. The load is just too small and the back pressure blows it out. I started pulling the gong to clear also. Easiest way to solve the problem in my opinion
