Thank you very much. That's exactly what I meant. If you keep redlining, you car will break down. The rev limiter keeps you from hitting the redline. Same as the temp dial on the sub should limit you to a temperature that doesn't cause it to break down.

IF these issues are from overheating then it's a design flaw. The dial shouldn't let me turn the temp up enough to do damage. Just like most cars have a RPM limiter.

I tried them with my SR-71. They died quickly. Seem like crappy batteries to me. I also tried the Iris dialed in at 6 volts but found the 7.4 hits to be more satisfying.

I've been keeping my SR-71 full with reclaim from my Sublimator. It's nice and smooth. Looking foreward to getting the black rod for use with one 18350 in a ss Persei. For those who have used it: does the black rod produce monster hits like the white one?

For me, nothing is more satisfying than my Sublimator. I took mine apart for a major cleaning the other day and was using my Cloud during the cleaning. Maybe it's the heated atomizer, maybe not but there is something I get from the Sub that other vapes don't deliver. Not to take anything away...

Most of us used to smoke at one point or another. Couldn't drop that on the couch either!!
