You definitely don't want it to get too dry. The secret is to dry it gradually. The initial drying process is only the first part. "Curing" should make sure the bud is dry not just on the outside, but throughout the whole bud.

I must agree. This happens to me all the time. IMO, the bud takes longer to fully cure than most people think. I always make sure my bud is fully dried. It almost always ends up significantly stronger. Good thread....I used to think I was imagining this effect.

Naturally, my hope is that I'm wrong and that ALL of these ballot initiatives will pass, but I'm not holding my breath.

While I wish Florida's medical population all the luck in the world, I would not get my hopes up too high. 60% is a VERY high bar to achieve. No voter initiative concerning medical or recreational cannabis has ever reached it...or ever had to. The unknown element is, as usual, the undecided...
