Yea I don't know, it's been impossible to find the answer to this question. I think VW is meant mainly for cloud chasing e juicers as I'm not sure pre filled carts can handle higher watts then what's set to the voltage but who the hell knows, I'm confused

Thanks Man I got desperate and kept heating it until the staff was black and got most of it out but I can't imagine the plastic got melted a little into it as it looked warped slightly. I wish there was a way to avoid that. I learned my lesson the hard way running a prefilled cart in the puffco...

Yea they upgraded the casing so it doesn't flex when u open it after its hot. So they're being nice and want to give u the newer updated one. Be happy! The newer one doesn't flex at all and that was annoying me on the old one it felt cheap and flimsy
