No, warranty runs from date on your original purchase invoice. There is someone (Crafty or mighty owner) here who has it in writing that it starts from the 1st warranty application but that doesn't make sense to me.

I think you would lose a lot of efficiency in the heating and cooling process. Maybe if you removed coil and chamber immediately after finishing but I still think you would waste a lot of stuff.
