I like the "Fine Screens" better, at 1st I tried it with the other screen in the thing with the 7 holes, then tried the "Fine Screen" on top of that. That did not work as good as just putting in the fine screen and the retainer ring, with the optimizer I get the best hits that way.

Aromatherapy does work, lots of stuff out there on it for what oils do what for your health\mood. Also you should be able to get decent priced oils from most health food stores. Some stores could be high priced, and also some oils are better then others so DO cost more so for sure make a few...
