I think its unfair to ask people to post returns internationally. Its expensive and TBH usually unnecessary.

TBH I never see the vapor in the bowl. I have seen some videos where you can see it but the only place I ever see vapor is in the stem.

If you want vapor try the pulse teqnique rather than the long draw. As for stems, you shouldn't be paying any customs duty on them as anything under about £20 is exempt. Might want to ask MF to pop them in an envelope rather than send them as a parcel to cut the postage costs.

The better chargers have a refresh cycle, so its quite likely (like this happens to my batteries quite a lot) that by running the old batteries through the refresh cycle that they all work fine afterwards.
