what i meant was 2 cloudy bags..bags with a lot of thick vapor/flavor. i can get more than 2 bags but the further i vape the less desirable the taste is in my opinion.

Your doing nothing wrong, you've vaporized the most out of your load at that temp. its recommended to vaporize at least .5 and up. when i use .5 i normally get two cloudy bags..and everything after that isn't as great. You can turn up the temp to release more compounds, but the hits will...

i don't think you really need the whip..just the food/medical grade tubing and there mouth piece to attach to the tip of the zerphyr ion.

sounds like in both situations your ceramic heating element blew out. it has happened to me before. ceramic heating elements actually have a lifetime and if you abuse it..it will do damage. for example if you turn on your unit multiple times per day that hurts the heating element a lot because...

i thought the stem was acrylic..just like the cover?

its Vapor residue, just use a little high percentage rubbing alc and the small brush and some patience and brush it away.

Purpleberry, try contacting customer service you might have to send your unit back..could have a broken/defective ceramic heating element or something..since its brand new it should still be under warrenty..best of luck to you.:)

Nah i haven't had the chance to, although it does seem ideal for party situations since you can pass whips..so everyone can have their own whip and just turn the vaporizer when someone whats to get a hit. Also would be somewhat hygienic since you wouldn't have to worry about people's lips all...
