Any sure fire ways to check if your Persei top is faulty? Don't have a multimeter atm.
I think I've got a problem with either my top or the batteries. After about 15 good hits on a fresh charge, the blue ring light on the Persei head starts to flicker. Sometimes with the 3 flashes, but mostly...
Isn't the Hammer a 7.4v attachment? Are you using the longer SS tube w/ 2 18350's?
I've heard the NX is almost mandatory for really great, smooth, and tasty hits. I imagine it's got less buzz because everyone's so excited for the new Herc and the NX is on the pricier side so less probably have...
I'd try an e-cig specialty shop. We have a couple an hour south of you so I'm guessing you should have at least one in Temecula. These shops usually sell vape pen battery units, tanks, atomizers, and adapters.
Anything on the above @THC SCIENTIFIC? Better herb performance, or an herb cart or...
I've only had 1.5ohm carts for about five days but, until I get Herc, these will be the only way to go. Great with shatters so far; phenomenal heat up time for someone with my piteous lung capacity; reasonable, sometimes surprising taste-to-"cloud" ratio; & can run off single 18650 or 18350 in...
I'm hoping so. I believe I saw that last year at 7/10 there was a promotion, so I mean, if we're doing that then 4/20's gotta be on the list. I know I'm hitting more than a few dispensaries then.
S02E11, The Problem with Popplers.
Your daughter has good taste, the show's got a fast-paced...
Hey, G, will there be any incentive offers for the new Herc release? Kinda feels like the first gen guys got half price for the wait and messy release, but we've been waiting, too!
Do yourself a favor and don't watch the Fry's dog episode unless you're okay with curling up in a puddle of your...
So checking the light is both a way to see if the cart is live and to burn off any remaining factory oils. This step is nonessential. This step was originally intended to check carts and get rid of the bad taste they sometimes have, but it's more risk than reward. Any time you have the cart...
First off, never do that light check again. It's safer to just fill a dead cart than to check if a cart's dead. You'll find yourself with a lot of issues if you keep doing it. If you still feel the cart heating, then I'm guessing it's because you're hitting too hard.
Try hitting slow and...
If you're looking to keep the air clear, in more ways than one, try a Smoke Buddy. Basically an industrial sploof; it's got plastic housing and what I'm guessing is some kind of carbon/charcoal filter. People blow smoke in the sumbitch and all the smoke disappears in to the filter. You blow...
Mmm. idk bud, not too sure. as a poster said above, there's been an appeal as to why the original thread was closed. wouldn't hurt to post more about it here, seeing as it's a thread asking about those cartomizers. i'd be interested in that info as well.
you can try starting a new thread?
Might also want to take a look at the Dabbler by VaporBrothers and its thread under Portables.
Hearing from Vitolo that it has consistently good flavor and a method of "refreshing" the heating element.
Still currently undergoing some review by Vitolo, but he's at ~20 days with a single heater...
Glad to see so much information shared today.
Hoping for some myself:
Does anyone have a recommendation for replacement O-rings that fit the metal mouth pieces? Preferably ones that are non-online order. If there's no local fix, I'm guessing I have to call in to D9 since they're not listed on...
Your first problem was filling only .2 first. Did you activate the heater after loading just the .2? If so you probably dry burned since that's not enough to fill with initially. What ohm are you using and what Omicron version do you have? A version 2, 2.5?
Chances are you have a dead cart...
I see, so I guess it does diminish cart life then, Bob? Luckily I am 3 for 3 on that; no leaks, good flavor, and this was a cart I previously had to run through with a hot needle in the flue so I didn't care much about it's life-span.
I guess I'm just impressed with how durable / versatile...
Good point on the last bit, OF.
I certainly don't endorse an "Oh, this forum doesn't know wtf they're talking about" mentality.
In my case, I'm not getting a bad taste, if anything, I'm getting flavor I thought would be destroyed at this output. But in terms of shorter cart life, is that...
Sure if you're one of those people who's big on "safety".
Just kiddin', Bob ;)
It's good advice, though, and good practice to give such safe advice to new people. I use the bar graph on PlanetVape pretty frequently. But, as is the attitude in this thread more often than not, if it works for...
Great advice from Buildozer there. Keeping things different seems to always help. I think your body gets used to any strain it has a couple times, thus cutting down the high. So variety would be great.
Another thing I find that helps me keep my tolerance down is a healthy lifestyle.
I used...
Yeah it hits very well, getting it to keep doing so is the real trick. You were just a bit too heavy on the button; just give it a couple more weeks and I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.
Now if you want less harsh, you might consider 1.5ohm @ 3.7v. It's a little less strong than 5...
