@Leiana. Your explanation of rheostat certainly makes sense. I didn't realize how efficient the heater was. I like the idea of keeping the price down. More green in my wallet and in my stash! You rock!
Keep up the great work team versa. Success is in your near future.
carpe diem!
I think ambient temperature would affect how fast the heater reaches temp, as well as how the heater cools down while being used. Ideally a proportional temperature control unit would work best. The controller would pick up a drop in heater temp through a thermocouple/rtd. When the controller...
I am so stoked to show this vape to all my friends. What an awesome addition the hardcase is. I was planning on getting a pelican case but don't need to now.
I also agree with bent neck, but some may prefer the straight.
Excited to see the incycler. But i have a feeling they will cost good...
It takes my firewood 2.0 atleast 2-3 minutes before making vapor. I have abandoned using the trigger and just wrapped a rubber band around it. I usually preheat my firewood for 2 minutes before dropping the capsule in. Then another minute or so before vapor production. Guessing i should send it...
I am so stoked to put this vape through some rigorous testing. Being a high temp vaporist, this vape will most likely be a winner!
The betas look great but the MKll final production unit will be a game changer imo.
These videos are making me antsy!
The aesthetics of the vape are spot on. What will set you apart is how you control the heater and the precision of maintaing a desired temperature. Imo
I second the glass casing. It is what makes your product unique to the market. The integrated color sounds like the winner to me.
Excited to hear about thermocouple/thermostat control. This will be crucial for exact temperature control.
I'm beyond excited for the final product.
I also agree with an isolated air path. It would also be easier to attach a thermocouple to the heater. Blade stlye thermocouples are very low profile and rather inexpensive. No wires or electronics in the air path would be amazing.
So how did everyone get on the beta. I have emailed and sent a pm with no correspondence. I really want to buy a beta but seem to be overlooked. @Leiana
Can someone point me in the right direction please.
I see huge potential with this vaporizer. I could wire the ceramic heater to one of my temperature contollers and attach a thermocouple to the heater. This would allow me to maintain the temperature of the heater to within a few degrees of my setpoint. No guessing temperature, actual temp will...
I am hoping it is not too late to get in on the beta group. This vape sure does look like a heavy hitter. I will be stoked to put one through some testing. Been looking for a desktop to fit my needs and this looks promising at a great pricepoint!
I was hoping to have mine today or tomorrow so i could post a quick review before the sale ends. I have some super dank white widow and bunch of keif to test mine with. I am hoping this vape becomes my one hitter quitter. I love taking massive keif hits to keep me where i want to be.
