I measured it @ ~ 14.8mm. The CFV bowl screen must be 15mm b/c it fits perfectly in the tera bowl with a slight overlap which keeps it in place.

in terms of combustion, at least for me I have had no more combustion events since I started always explicitly setting temp, upon every startup, by clicking on one of the temp buttons. To me also, this is indicative of a firmware bug.
