ah yes upon closer inspection the hole opening is a little too perfect and the ”sleeve” rather tight fitting... im assuming then that would be one of the prototype dosing capsules?
a fully wooden stem is truly the finishing touch that brings it all together... maybe i can get some cherry wood...
the imp has only been in my possession for about 48 hours and damn does it kick... still working out techniques but it has definitely met my high expectations. many thanks to mistvaporizer for a great piece of artisan craftsmanship and full array of useful accessories.
i have been enjoying the...
i used a super vapezilla! it was my first vaporizer from... must have been about 2005-ish. the volcano cost the same amount but the bags were and still are highly unappealing so i went with the vapezilla........ oh what could have been...
i still have the vapezilla somewhere but it hasnt been...
i dont know which portion of the stempod you removed but from what i understand DNA mods regulate the temperature of the hit by calculating the difference between the preset ambient temperature inside the mod and the resistance of the coil as it fires. to dial in a DNA mod's TC, it's recommended...
does the increased thermal conductivity of the copper electrodes make the imp heat up faster? some people swear that copper mech mods hit harder with ecigs while others claim it makes no difference... copper is softer/less durable and possibly harder to clean than brass, so i'm interested to...
have you tried changing out the coils completely with new ones?
you can also fiddle with the TCR settings of the mod... SS316 is between 0.00091-94 and SS316L is 0.00092
on the mistvaporizer blog it says "when it is too cool increase the resistance by .002 if to hot decrease the resistance by...
some random questions for the peanut gallery as i sit back and wait for my imp to arrive...
how fragile is the (short) stem? if the mod tips over is it toast?... l tried looking for silicone sleeves but penis pumps kept coming up... does anyone insist on using silicone at all times to keep the...
calling that new stem the Nub sounds far too paraplegic to me... i think it should be called the Teat
it makes much more sense since the stempod will be used for milky vapors
i would be more worried about the battery exploding as i dont think mods are designed to be run that way... with my luck the blast would happen after the godliest hit in the history of humanity because i cant have nice things...
mine is set to about 5.75 with water and about 6.5 without.
i dont think the visible end results of the herbs are much different with 5.75 vs 7 but i feel like the slower extraction gives a more well rounded feel.
i know with combustion there is a ton of lost constituents from sidestream smoke...
Wow those curves definitely make it stand out compared to other 510 vaporizers. Looks like the indents from the cooling stem inspired the aesthetic. Does the new shape affect the vapor quality compared to the previous design?
Does the new gold plated deck and bottleneck shape signify the end of...
i don't have the imp but on a box mod for ecigs 400 degrees is a mildly warm vape. on the imp, it might feel hot (since the coils are not wet) but another consideration is that your mod is reading the resistance incorrectly. if the resistance is reading high then the temperature control function...
that short stem is badass! how long is it? does it provide similar effects to the stock stems? the cooling stem with bubbles inside is a nice design but the dense accumulation of honey makes me think that however negligible it is probably filtering out actives.
i wonder why mistvaporizer didnt...
the splinter works around 30 watts and the z and stempod are more than that. the imp is around 20 watts. so if youre using a single battery mod or want to have more battery life, the imp would be better.
i am circling around buying the imp mainly for the small form factor... whatever draws the...
this vape looks exciting!
it seems to me that by using box mods as a power source, herbal vapers can take advantage of the improved battery efficiency borne out of the faster development cycles of e-cig manufacturers.
im sure that dry herb manufacturers do a decent job squeezing juice out of...
outstanding. thanks a lot!
the guy who measured it all out must really love his enano to go through all that experimentation...
do you prefer to vary the temperatures throughout the day/night or do you just use it on the same setting every time?
according to "Dr. Arno Hazekamp, 210°C is the...
i have been in the 6.5 to 8 range, while probably around 7.5 is ideal. it definitely starts to taste a bit burnt around 8 though i enjoy the extraction speed at this power as i can finish it off in 3 or 4 goes. granted, these numbers are probably irrelevant since i have been vaporizing a variety...
do you feel like any of your portable vapes can bring a similar level of satisfaction to the enano?
it seems to me like a lot of portables are only portable in the sense that they can be taken from room to room... far too bulky, fragile or conspicuous to be out and about with
my converter arrived today... everything seems to be in working order now. the difference is really night and day.
did you see the latest video posted by bud from vapecritic?
i watched this last night and noticed bud takes little sips off the stem and gets it cooking pretty nicely compared...
