Here is a trick to getting it hot faster... Heat up the bottom of the attomizer with a torch... Just the bottom don't get the flame on the top where the heater / electronics are, obviously you just want to heat it a little so the top doesn't have to work so hard to heat the entire thing...
it's not very hot,,, nice and warm but not hot.. but it is instantly vaporized... no time to run out anywhere..

the older model has 2 wires going to the bottom of the oven, and 2 wires going to a white lump on the side of the oven that can't be removed...

find something you can glue to the bottom of the broken glass to act as a little handle. Use some good gel super glue when its dry you should be able to pull it out...
The base is holding up fine, no signs of any wear.. I'm just careful not to over tighten the screws.
I read the older models like mine have tougher bases... maybe?
I just fixed the blinking blue light and my Solo seems to be working perfectly again.. I think there was some kind of oxidation? between the heat element and the bottom of of oven cup...
