The first time I've reached battery level 1I noticed a drastic loss of power ... then when I've re-checked the charge level the green LED blinked 2 time...??? I've recharged completely and all is returned normal... Battery problems?

the CS was very kind and offered me the immediate replacement of the unit with the broken ceramic chamber (vertical hinge) :clap::clap:

I sent photos of my cracked ceramic chamber (only vertical line) and da vinci customer care said me that is not dangerous but iq should be replaced before it enlarge. Today SECOND problem ... I opened the mouthpiece lid and magnet has remained attached to the battery door ... oh my god :bang:
