I am surprised the screw went all the way in that far if its usually supposed to further back. I am actually away on holidays so I can try to fix it now but as soon as I get back I will try and fix it. thanks everyone for your help.

I cant see how the metal plate can grab the wooden ledge. From looking at it, it seems to me all the metal plate and screw does is keep the electrics attached to heater. whats the latch? I cant really understand whats going on. If someone had a picture of there enano it would help a lot probably

but the wooden ledge is not close at all to the metal plate. Even if i unscrew the screw and then place the metal plate just over the wooden ledge Im not sure ill be able to put the screw back in as it might not belong enough. I will try it and report back though.

The transformer and resister got fried.I sent it in to an electrics shop. They were both replaced. the enano is working again good but Theres a problem. The inner stainless steel cylinder shell keeps falling out when I turn the enano upside down (to use it in the gong). I am not sure weather...

it was my friends one. I usually use a mercury 230-110 stepdown converter with no problems. I was just wondering if the bulky one was not meant for the enano or something.
