Sounds like miscommunication. They were emphatic yesterday that beta customers did not need to contact them to get their MC - just engraving.

I asked the owners of the company in person yesterday and they both confirmed what I said :shrug:

Beta customers did not need to reach out to FocusV to get their Magna. That was just for the engraving. Anyone who didn't contact them should still be getting a white MC when FocusV receives them.

I suspect there are very few bad bases, and most of the problems - even some attributed to bases - are actually due to atomizer issues that aren't always easy to pinpoint.

Can you elaborate a little more so we can try to troubleshoot your issue? Do you have titanium or quartz in your atomizer? When you push the button, does it blink blue for several seconds before turning solid green? Does it stay green for 40+ seconds before shutting off? And the material in...
