Saw this on the vriptech website while i was browsing.
Seems like a really compact piece, really could make some crazy customization by switching out down stems and mouthpieces. Could even imagine switching the downstem and mouthpiece, might be possible...
1. Sounds pretty fair and safe.
There can be a lot of risk associated with not knowing how the unit looks before hand.
Would be also great if the user could show a video of the unit..powering up and etc, but i feel that would be possibly a little too much.
2. and 3. are great.
Let your wand heat up for awhile before you start using it.
Make sure your cord is wrapped around something secure ..a small tug or snag could be pretty heartbreaking.
Other than that be fun and be careful.
The Solo is a handheld portable direct draw vaporizer that has properties of passive convection heating.
Pre-Purchase Inspection-Technically i didn't purchase this, i won it in Vapor Nation's Contest. I did do a lot of research on FC and VP(vaporpedia). I discovered that this was a very petite...
Sweet Vid CDS!
I defiantly see how you were heating it and that doesn't seem harmful to the glass at all.
After checking out VP again, it does state that the glass stems are made with boro.
They sound pretty strong, from your experience.
My bad for being a nitpicker.
I just wouldn't mind if they...
That's an interesting idea CDS,
I only have one question tho, what kind of glass are the stems made out of?
From one of RockWise's post(page 1) he mentions that some of the glass parts are made in china which leads me to believe its lower quality glass :uhoh:.
It's made with cheaper resources...
I'm really itching to try it with some water filtration, sadly i've sold all my bubs so i could pay off a custom bubbler i have in queue with GMD/GWO. Once i get it i will test it out. Next time i head out i defiantly need to pick up some stainless steel screens. Thanks for the tip Charlie.
I actually like it alot...This thing is pretty petite..when i first opened it i thought "no way it could measure up to my supreme". After my first hit..i was like damn..it's way too convenient for me to get huge hits..It's not really a chore using this vaporizer..its basically set it..forget it...

Couple of puffs.
After burning in my unit(4-12 minute cycles on 7) my unit has been odorless.
No chipping on the ceramic...
My experience with Vapor Nation has been nothing more than excellent.
Customer service was very quick at responding to my inquires and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
The 24/7 chat function is nifty, i'm a night owl normally lurking the web at late hours and it was great that...
Thanks OhTheAgony,
Powered up my unit and i started to waft the hot air towards my nose, and i could defiantly smell the distinct smell other posters mentioned. So i placed it on 7 and i'm letting it burn in.
Side Note-
Also plan on sending my 2nd glass stem to my blower to see if he can...
I recently placed 1st in the Vapor Nation Inaugural Contest for most descriptive and informative vaporizer review.I did my review on my supreme vaporizer.I won a Arizer Solo and i just got the tracking I.D.I'm really pumped for its arrival.
When I get the chance..I plan on doing an in-depth...
I had a lot of fun writing my review.
I loved reading all the reviews of fellow members.
This was a great contest, everyone contributed a lot of work and passion into their submissions.
Glad i could be part of it.
@Ohtheagony Thanks! i will write a huge review once its in my paws.
:peace:
i would suggest something small, something between 9-10 inches.
A Beaker or a Straight will probably do the job.
HVY makes pretty decent mini bongs.
Also SSFG makes really good mini bongs, i'm sure NYC will chime in. :brow:
