I'm not sure why some people are saying the crafty isn't for heavy use. I'm a heavy user and we have many other heavy crafty users here. I find the crafty is a 'hit and charge' device. If i'm not hitting it, then I'm charging it. As long as you have a source for electricity and you clean it...

you're on another level with your case bro lol. how many hours are you at ? what do you use to scoop the plant material along the dispenser? have you tried the green shovle from starbucks that I use? it fits perfectly and you can even use it to shovle out material from the chamber in the case...

The wear and tear kits (replacement parts) that story and bickel sell on their site. I feel for you bro, the thought of something happening to my crafty freaks me out! But ultimately, as long as its working, I'll be happy with it.

I'm SO pissed right now. I was trying to fit the silicone from the extreme q whip to attach to the bubbler and I guess I was too rough and broke a little piece of the mouth piece off. crap on a stick! it still fits but i will be buying a replacement today or tomorrow. warning to all...

thank you for replying, I will be using the Extreme-q whip. like this guy does in this video but I have and will be keeping an eye on @Ratchett 's developments. This is my first introduction to glass and although I can for see the whip get tiring quickly, its just the start.
