It should NOT be considered "normal wear and tear". I understand that it is outside of the air path, but what's stopping the chrome flakes from falling into the air path whenever I open the crucible holder to load another bowl? It's not like the chipped off chrome just magically disappears...

Lol thanks man. Campus Housing is so slow at sorting packages and emailing the residents to pick them up. They can take days sometimes, but 90% of the time you're able to get it same day. My Lily has been here for 6 hours already :|
