to be fair aren't you making assumptions about paying for R&D and not the production of the product you pre-ordered?
don't get me wrong, I hope George eases your concerns. How a company transitions from the pre-order stage to the production stage is crucial and time will tell.
Thanks for getting back to me. Your sentiment here mirrors mine. I'd have trouble going that black with the vapes I have without combusting. It's a trick the VC does that I haven't quite figured out yet.
It's cool enough to touch after the cooling click if you hold it lightly. You can push the cap off with your nail if you want to access chamber before the cap clicks.
I tried my small page sized fresnel lens to heat up the vapcap today....I couldn't get it hot enough but part of the problem is the SS cap reflects the sunlight vs absorbing it like a non reflective surface would.
I think with a bigger concentrater a person could make it work though
i tried a grill lighter and it works but it requires finesse as it's just not dumping as much heat.
I also like the daisy torch with the vapcap, still formulating how it's different but again the single torch takes finesse, sometimes the avb is a little darker then I normally like... I still...
glad to hear things are going well over there. I like the t-shirt! The dry ice fog just completes the deal!
A new vape? NICE:rockon:
Oh and everyone, my first couple days with the vapcap basic have been stupendous. A huge two vapor thumbs up
This could be the form factor a lot of us...
the dug out looks great George, can't want to see what you've done with it.
the big vapcap turned out good too. What did you use to mock up the metal end?
George was gracious enough to have me over to his shop yesterday. His enthusiasm for his products is infectious...I left the shop extremely pumped for the future of this start-up.
I'll be putting my vapcap basic through the paces but my initial impressions are excellent. The heat and click is...
thanks Tommy! alternate heating sources!!!! sweet, that's a great idea
I'm assuming a person could push the glass part back in quickly should the need arise without waiting for it to cool down?
you all will probably get sick of me saying thank you repeatedly for my gifted econodog, but she's become one of the family and I sure do appreciate her, so thank you!
a dog and a butane vape of choice (mine is the daisy) really cover a lot of bases.
Tommy made a thread for the peace in thread candidates so we can get back to the daisy love in this one
I've had my Daisy since a week before xmas and I'm still amazed by her
