lol. this internets stuff is serious business! imho everyone should go enjoy some vapor and agree to disagree, not everyone wants the same out of a vaporiser - as can clearly be seen by the discussion here :P

eek i hope not :/ well, i should be right, my replacement is already on the way from them, and the first one did get here quickly - just broken, which is no fault of theirs - it was packed well.

Thanks for the offer, the extreme is on it's way back now though, with a new one on the way :) Aaron over @ Warehouse Goods sure does put customer service up there! Once the new unit arrives I'll be leaving very +ve feedback on ebay Just can't wait for it to arrive, it'll be my first vape...

All good! Not as easy as it could've been because I can't get the rest of the tube out, however they've offered to have me send it back and they'll send a replacement as well as reimburse me the shipping. Hopefully the next update is me saying how much I'm enjoying my new extreme! :D

Just got word back, if I can get all the glass off they'll send out a new heater cover (the glass tube in the middle) otherwise they'll have to send a whole new unit. I must say, the world of vapes is a very friendly one, when I get home from work I'll try getting the rest of the glass out...
