Hello fellow VapCappers,
More updates, last week I drove drive 8 hours to go Meet George and get his approval for everything that I am doing. It was really important to me to make sure that I’m not crossing any lines. I’m really passionate about about this product. After the few months of using...
So, it’s been a long time coming. I’ve been working on figuring out how to inlay abalone into not only my luxury pens, but I decided to pull the trigger, order some material and do the inlay on a stem.
Let me tell you, I am so blown away, w/ how this came out! Not only can I do abalone inlay...
I like to add the wood closer to the tip, that way it takes most of the heat. But it doesn’t pretty well! It does take more time to complete an acrylic stem yes. It’s not much more expensive tho!

I’ve been successful shipping to Europe with my Stems and tips. I just wrap them in bubble wrap and put them into a bubble mailer and write “wood art”. It works every time.
I haven’t seen you around in a while! I hope all is well my friend!
Thank you! Those rings are my signature, either they are segmented into the design or usually carved into the Stem! I think it gives each piece a “simply sophisticated” look. It not too much, but it adds an extra dimension into the design
Hello my friends,
I Just wanted to post another update. I have been extremely busy fulfilling orders and taking on custom builds. Designing new stems and more intricate pieces. I’ve been perfecting my Smell proof Cases as well. Making them the best they can possibly be without introducing a...
Yea I know what you mean! Ebony is more of “jet black”. African Blackwood still has the dark brown Grain (that still look amaizing) but the Ebony is just a “higher grade” natural black wood. It’s all quality tho
