Nah, the flickering blue light when pulling is related to the heater and the charge left in your battery. When your battery is running low, it will flicker more when pulling.

I ordered my replacement Hopper Dec 20-something last year. Strange that you'd be receiving yours sooner.

I believe that the clicking should have always been constant — it's why it's named the Grasshopper, after all, and is also due to the heater rapidly cycling on/off. My Hopper always had a low clicking when in use. So, no green lights? :(

Keep in mind that PIU is a customer too, and they may have put in for an order themselves right before GHL upgraded their facilities. So, they may not actually have cut any hypothetical line.

I also think that we here at FC overestimate the proportion of Grasshopper users that also frequent vapor forums. A sampling bias affliction.

Honestly, people said the same thing when GHL announced that backer Hoppers were shipping...and then we started getting them.

Do we have any specifics on the new temperature settings? @slcbdco, did they update the temperatures listed in the manual? Have all the tick marks changed, or just the lower ones?
