Can you also share pictures:
1. Looking directly into the battery chamber with flash

By "squeaky", I meant emailing them every two to three business days, and sometimes creating entirely new email chains (instead of just replying to the same thread). It's a pain and shouldn't be necessary, but it seems to be effective.
I would say around April 1st, but don't recall exactly.
Re: your second link, if it was repaired in October then it definitely does not have the new in-house parts. Those were not shipping until March/April (or around then).
The Reddit link looks like it could be a failure of the new parts. A...
Of those who have received a Hopper with the new in-house parts, who has had theirs fail? I haven't seen anyone post here about RMAing an updated Hopper.
If you want a reliable vape that is built like a tank, hits hard, will ship immediately, and is from a company with a stainless track record, you'd be better off looking at an Arizer Solo.

If anything, this is a sign that it's business as usual over there!
EDIT: My two-day-old Hopper is a powerhouse. No issues so far, and it's performing extremely well. Great battery life, even with my older batteries.

This post is a great first step! It's good to see some transparency from GHL, even if it's reactive and not proactive.
I hope this is a sign of internal growth.
Are they seriously sending you a new Hopper that was purchased in March, while I still haven't received the one I ordered in December?
I give GHL a lot of leniency, but that is beyond the pale. Now I'm pissed.
EDIT: Sent them an email expressing my outrage.
