Surely I wouldn't be responsible for postage costs to the states, wouldn't the international distributer bear that cost? Customs wouldn't bother me if the legal situation in the uk wasn't so backward

Apparently the international distributors are trying to get vapexhale to allow them to do their own warranty claims but not as yet. This may be the deal breaker for me, especially as there have been a few teething problems, and I don't have the best of luck when it comes to electrical goods...
