Yeah it really would be nice to know they stand behind their warranty. I emailed a week ago, nothing. I just PMd the inhalater FC account. I love this product but if I don't get any response from them soon, I am never going to recommend this to anyone here or on reddit ever again.

Check your charger dude. I was having issues with mine and when I looked, I noticed that the usb cable was only halfway into the charger. So the unit lit up like it was charging but it wasn't actually getting a charge. Re-seated the connection, let it charge up and I haven't had any issues...

Sorry for the complaint but I just wanted to give anyone who cares an update. They shipped my replacement parts to my billing address instead of the shipping address. Now I either have to go to another state to pick my stuff up or I have no idea what customer service will do next. :bang:
