You would know best since you have it but for sure your old niddle was not stainless steel, I thought it was titanium since titanium does have a tendency to turn blue after some usage(my HMK ti-curve has turned blue over time).

^You definitely have the stainless steel model, confirmed with your magnet test. I think Vapodudule had a Ti-handle initially which is why we see the blue discoloration on it but on his new niddle as he calls it doesnt.
