With the original Crafty I used the App a lot! But with Crafty+ Presets (180-195-210) I don’t need to use it! But u are right , it is not available for apple products at the moment! I don’t know any vape that works out of the box as good as the Crafty+!

Sorry to say but I think here is more bashing than constructive criticism! I understand people who paid much money on this unit and aren’t satisfied at the moment but... I Know more people who don’t have issues with the hybrid than the other way round! Myself I have no melting plastic and also...

S&B will exchange your Unit! Tell them what happened!

I still believe that they will exchange every single unit! My experience with Storz&Bickel was always good! They always solved my problems without any questions. I will give them a chance to solve the problems! I asked in my email to S&B if they will exchange the unit when I am not satisfied...

Don’t agree! Think positive! I believe they will exchange every customer’s unit when the new Hybrid is ready. I wrote S&B a long Mail yesterday and now waiting for an answer!

I wouldn’t recommend anybody to try this! If you destroy something your warranty is over!

You can microdose with all S&B devices using the liquid pad to cover the load! I often use the hybrid with the normal chamber and only cover the bottom, put the liquid pad on top! Then there is more flavor cause of more surface! Or you use the reducer with a capsule, fill it half and put a...
