Let us know how it goes. I am sure a lot of people here are watching with interest. Everyone that said they'd sell a Muzzmod decided it was too cost prohibitive.
A dirty cooling unit will usually produce a lot more vapour than usual. I find it gives a "heavier" element to the vapour and exacerbates my heartburn.
Check that your power adapter isn't broken. They replaced the power adapters with a new model that isn't supposed to break as easily. I have two power adapters and a car adapter just in case.
My unit always performs much better after a clean. Check that the cooling unit is sealed properly with the hologram locked into place. Some people have posted pics where their CU's weren't sealed and you could see the o-rings.
B&S don't comment publically and don't associate themselves with anything to do with cannabis.
When I joined here I was told that you aren't allowed to say anything negative about B&S on this forum as they don't have right of reply. I complained on here about my first Mighty unit that didn't...
The plastic goes soft after being exposed to heat for a while and chips away. Have a look through both the Crafty and Mighty threads as there are lots of pics. The problem was the reason for the first major redesign of the casing.
It's worth a try. At worst they could just ignore you or tell...
Their customer service has gone massively downhill in the last 12 months compared to the Volcano days.
I used to think of them as the most reliable vape company. Now I honestly think they have had a change of management or something as they are a shadow of their former selves.
Contact your local Fair Trading equivalent. The units have only been out for 9 months and have a two year warranty. The batteries have to be of merchantable quality.
B&S changed their battery suppliers a couple of months back due to performance issues.
My retailer tests all units and conducts a burn in with all units before they send them out.
If you clean your cooling unit and it is still happening then contact B&S for a warranty replacement.
Also check that you aren't chipping pieces of plastic of the heating unit into the oven when you...
There was a guy on here that posted three times that he bought a fake Mighty from eBay and that eBay sided with the seller and he lost his money. I asked him three times to please let us know the name of the seller so that people would know who to avoid but he just ignored me. It was pretty...
They refused to do that for me. I had to purchase a second unit and send my defective one back for a refund. I really wish they would treat each customer the same. They used to be great back in the Volcano days.
