The sticky brick injector bowl glass post fits the tm with a super low 14mm profile. The ID is too small for rimmed baskets/CU but works with conical screens.
It works surprisingly well! I am working on a way to secure the SB part to the magnets as well as via the base o-ring. It really works quite well. Anyone have ideas for how to mount without scratching the metal?
These looks awesome. I have an Ed’s TNT zebrawood highlighter sleeve. Would it be possible to have one of these placed in that sleeve? I’ve been wanting to find a better use for it. The HLT doesn’t sit well in it for long but it’s a beautiful piece of wood and already turned/drilled.

Your posts have really helped explain the different heat styles of all my ballers. I am particularly pleased to better understand how the couch log achieves its signature’zip’ and have a slightly better sense of it all.

Hahah thank. This is so a helpful and also had a good laugh. Thank you for weighing in. So the bottom line is with a glass injector bowl of sufficient quality and dimensions, the all glass baller/Brain does provide improved flavor and does not explode (so far) despite some increased fiddlyness?
I use water less and less as I realise this more. Even with a Knee high straight tube or other giant peices. The glass can cool hits tremdously without obstructing the airpath (beads, balls etc) and provide a more potent, flavorful hit.
The only concern would be its ability to hold the coils heat over time without issue. I wonder if there is an equation that could offer a rough estimate RE: Thickness of glass + coil Temp range = breakage after X degrees. There are so many other factors to consider beyond this but hopefully it...
The website descrption mentions stainless steel but doesnt specify a grade. They are meant to hold some level of heat but a coil is obvioulsy alot more heat than there intended use.
I had this same experience of starting my log
Journey with the CL and was not at all disappointed. Actually the opposite. I was blown away by how the different materials and and stem shapes, heater types and sizes could create such potent and unique experiences. Went CL->Underdog->Heat Island.
Hey quick question only partly on topic. I’m new to the forum (lurker making an entrance) and still
Learning the buttons. How do I ‘like’ a comment while emphasizing my staggering jealousy at OP’s $150 good fortune?
Is it one of the emojis buttons or do I just keep smacking my head against my...
Anyone have any experience using glass screen (either the circle with holes or the jax style) with a direct butane? I tried it with my topper when it first arrived and it worked surprisingly well with great flavor. It seemed to require a little more heat but that’s to be expected.
I removed the...
