nah i got my splinter right before a v1, which is why i was worried about damaging my heater screen, according to Ryan he only made a hand full of them. Its a 4 hole/hi flo splinter. Think im going to go Z then milaana since hes making another version.

eh not that I would do it again on purpose but it was pleasantly smooth and didnt taste all that bad and I slept like a baby right after. :smug: I feel like it tastes worse when it doesnt white ash. Like when it's just on the edge of Combustion. Then it tastes like shit. But idk might depend...

The dirty one 8s the one I got originally from the splinters sold right before the v1 pre order. I was able to Male the screen fit so ignore that, however you can clearly see it seats deeper. All the ends to my new stems dont seat all the way down properly.

yeah i guess they look diff but they work. Wish they fit like a glove like the short stem that came with my splinter originally. Anyways im high AF the xl8rjr works great and the male to male is a must if you liike water tools. gnight.

HAHA im not buying it yet. I messaged ryan because im getting weird fitments on these adapters and i dont want to damage my splinter. 2 dont seem to sit all the way in, i can see a little of the frosted parts. Hopefully he responds.

Ya i have 2 of the Screen rimmed (no metal ring but has a rim still) but not the rimless ones. The Screen rimmed ones wont fit the new v1 adapters.

thanks did you buy the no rim ones off of amazon if so which ones? i want to buy both just in case.

dang yeah i have a "US" splinter purchased on 11.27.18 so ill just get both to try out. Now hopefully the ones on amazon fit because idk where to get them now.

Yeah seems like the stems i just got all fit they just sit deeper in. Now i need to find screens that fit cause the ones that came with the splinter originally (screen rimmed) dont work. Sucks i gotta change settings but looks like i should be good to go once i do that since i only have one of...

Huh so you cant use rimmed screens on the xl8rjr or male to male adapter. EDIT: wait my rimmed screen looks nothing like the metal ring the pictures of the V1 show. My screens just use the screen its self as a rim, if that makes sense.
