I gave the glassblower the 30mm Liger dimensions posted in this thread. He said he could make a custom clear cap for (around)$50 or $70 for colored. It would be this style low profile bubble cap built for a 30mm Liger. Anyone interested or have suggestions? I'm willing buy one and report back.

I have decided on the Gordo Riptide from https://gordoscientific.net/ for a 30mm Liger carb cap, $90 shipped. The dudes at Mad Hustle said this https://shop.madhustleinc.com/products/terptuner-directional-clear can seal up to a 45mm wide banger and is only 12mm deep, but it's $160.

CAA refunded me for the Storm carb cap, and said "all orders were going out today." If that is the case Inneed a carb cap asap 911 I called and talked to the dude at thedablab.com. Very helpful guy. He recommended the following for what they carry for the 30mm 35mm bubble cap...

Just pulled the trigger on a 30mm Liger with sic insert and storm cell carb cap. Can't wait to pair with with the Hex-Nail.

What did you go with for nail and carb cap?

I love this machine. It is very easy to use and make RSO with. I highly recommend it.
