I’m intrigued by the new Coil Caps. Are these in any way modified, or are they just simple Crossing Tech coils? What coil size would fit a 14mm Quartz Cap?

It works well, the heat-up time can be quite long so I tend to use my Big Shot in this case. Lee from TTB made a good video on this, this is roughly how I use my Fusion with hash as well.

I guess the issue is that he makes so few of those each days that it makes sense to bundle them in premium packages. There’s not a ‘starter’ deal (and that at $400 or so wasn’t exactly starter), and this is now out of reach for those who don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a vape.

I bought my BAK on the December ‘23 drop for 219 CHF (about 250 USD), simple SS and glass stems were about $10 and you can get a DNA mod for about $100. So they have definitely gotten more expensive lately. I really hope these become more widely available at some point, such a good vape.

On a DNA mod (which I highly recommend) it's 0.018 to 0.025, depending on cable length. You can check resistance on the mod and it will find it, mine is set on the higher end. On Tubo it's current resistance + 0.020 approximately.

Interesting, I’ve seen this mentioned a few times about the Solo 3. I’m wondering if anyone else here is having a good experience with hash and the Solo 3. Also, if someone has both the Solo 3 and the Bakx it would be great if they’d let us know how they compare.
