If you're leaking you arent cooking off properly bud yessir.

use an 18650 or take it apart and put it back together over and over again usually the 2nd doesnt work is it cause its an sr74 rod

I get a dull LED when using an 18350 i discovered also that if the herc is not all the way screwed into the persei, i can hold it in a certain position and get the full brightness

sounds like you need to load moooooore once I got my coil buffered, I fill it with wax almost up to where the SS top cap comes down. Probably like .4 on top of a fully saturated TI coil. And add more probably every other or 3rd day I use it. Once I can see the rod or coils sort of.

oh. I take a pull or three every hour or so, and flowers in between if i feel the urge to roll a doobie or something usually. but I dont smoke errday yeah maybe invest in the core, or an 18650 tube to run lightsaber mode

I'm okay with that as I have bad luck burning oil on the 71 rod and do not wish to have to check the resistance of my device every time i take it apart to clean it because someone didnt cool it properly (a lot)

@nao12000 @THC SCIENTIFIC Are SR74 upgrade kits still available to turn a 71 into a 74? I'd like to get 1 if so but dont see them listed

Trying to push them out from either direction. A few rods I've gotten I've been legitimately scared of like slipping and hurting my hand or something trying to push it in they've been so tight. In retrospect I should have just tried to open up the threaded section a bit more probably

Okeanos clogging is almost exclusively due to overloading and sucking too hard before the oil has melted into the wick, I can reproduce it nearly on command (provided I have the wax to do so :P) wooh! cant wait for the triton also
