I would soak the screens in ISO before you use them for a few minutes. And if the bowl has any kind of leftover herb/resin like in the picture it will smoke.Nothing to worry about. Use a twisted up paper towel to clean the bowl ,soak it in iso and keep twisting back and forth.

right below or to the top of the brass bowl. i dont use the scoop so i have a habit of leaving the screen off the bottom so i use a little less herbs.

For me, i have the screen lifted off of the bottom of the bowl and I fill it almost to the top of the brass bowl.probably a scoop and a half. For regs i go 375-385F.

Do you use the included scoop? i just drop some in and go no tamping or packing,just hit the side get it all in. try 375F. Is it reg weed or high end? Regs will take more than higher end weed. And is this your first vaporizer?

I too try to brush out after use while the box is hot. I always figured the build up on/under the rails would reduce the power since the rails do carry the current to heat the screen. I dip the brush in iso and clean the rails that way. I also hold the box upside down when cleaning for less...
