Did you ever get it going? Is it a newer model that heats and charges? If so try it plugged in just to narrow it down.

The screen twists out of the cap.counter clockwise i believe. Best to do it when warm/hot. You could also soak the whole lid in ISO. Do you have an o ring around the cap? Also put weed in set to temp 375-380 to start for me. And yes it heats up much faster plugged in than with the battery

More than enough. I can't remember the PnP charge time. Just load a bullet , put it in,turn it on to 2 let it heat up, you could start vaping when the first light is steady, and vape away. Level 1 is good too but I think 2 is the way to start , you could always adjust up or down, I use 2 &3...

I say a long drywall screw or try filling with water through the center and then blow the water to push stopper through mouth piece, try the bag trick either way video it

Put weed in bowl first the set to 375 ish and let it heat. Then start hitting it around 300 you'll get vapor, when it gets to the set temp the vapor will get thicker. If your using reg weed I'd set it higher you could always lower the temp as you go.

@SOLOGreen the turbo has no glass screen and is hotter when you hit it and you need a screen to keep herb in stem. The PVHES is supposed to hit easier than the stock because of the grooves on the outside of stem bowl. It does help with hitting IMO but I also find some stock stems that fit loose...

If its a new Solo the "iron" smell will go away. I turn Solo on and when the temp light hits 1,I put loaded stem in. I vape at 6 but when Solo hits 3-you can start hitting it and get visible vapor and great taste. And yes you can bump it up to 6,7 as you vape.
