Many of them hit different, different sized packs, airflow, if you want all glass vs metal/silicon in the airpath, Silicon-on-glass adapter, I see a glass nipple in there for just holding your stem right up to the HI. So really, preference and some functionality.

Thermovape made a water pipe adapter. It fit's right into the standard 510 drip tip size mouth piece spot so I'm sure something can easily be rigged up or found, all else fails a piece of high temp silicon on the normal mouth piece should fit a 14mm fitting.

U tube on the left sitting in a 14mm, pack the glass, set the UD on it. Piece of tube with a screen in it in the middle, UD onto that. Right piece is my 14mm GonG.

Regular silicon tubing will fit into a 14mm fitting, Alan from TT makes a Universal U Tube that works well for it. Used it with a friend's Pinnacle HT.

+1 on Da Buddha over the EQ They're different beasts, but the DBV gave me the bigger hits I wanted. EQ never did get much love, and none since the big Buddha moved in! :brow:
