I could be over packing it as I had a mouthful of flower the first time I tried the straw method to load the stem (it was too finely ground too) so I think I'm over packing to prevent that experience again while using up my already ground flower. I'll try a looser pack to see if that resolves it.

Yes the vapour doesn't seem as thick to me either but I cough less so that's the main thing 🤣

I've found the solo 3 seems hotter too but I've been experimenting with how fully I put the stem into the chamber and I find not inserting it as far as it will go (probably leaving a gap of around 3-4mm or so before the base of the heating chamber) leads to a better experience for me personally.

Thanks for the responses on the screens. I was also wondering what people do with the avb & cleaning when out and about- do you bring a brush or something with you and just empty/brush out on the go?

Hey everyone, Just got the AE and was wondering how to remove/replace the stem holder screen- do you just push it out with the end of the brush or something and then push a replacement in? Also, could you just use a capsule screen on top of the oven without the capsule base or stem holder screen?
