Backend heat is created by undesirable resistance in the circuit which will increase as the amperage increases. So there will be more on a higher setting & more as the battery voltage decreases.

I don't see how extraction efficiency could improve by introducing fresh air. The airflow though the vaporization chamber remains unchanged, the fresh air is mixed after.

I can't say I understand why you are only getting 33% more 'bowls' with 2x the battery capacity. Unless the electronics in the Zion are really inefficient (doubtful) you should get very close to 2x the number of bowls. Voltage or current doesn't really matter its wattage that does.

Thanks for doing that. I think one of the only ways to correct this issue is as a group to file for a partial refund. If they are loosing money due to these 'design flaws' there are much more likely to take some action. If they keep selling the way they are they have no incentive to make changes.
