The Pinky: an open-source DIY injector style thermal extraction device

Exactly.... plus there are the small bonuses... like the subtle color change that from across the room tells you if Pinky has cooled down when PID light is out of view. The Pink nozzle also adheres more easily without adjustment to the coils inside... again due to it's mat finish/texture. The...

    PLENTY Vaporizer

The Plenty uses stored heat. Heat builds up to the desired temperature, and then you vape the load as the heater core begins to cool. You can use the dosing capsules by S&B.... @ChooChooCharlie has tips in this thread about microdosing with Plenty... and has posted his technique of making a...

    Anvil by Vestratto

I have recently been heating just the thermal ring. Once in a while, I move around a bit with the flame... It gives a faster click... and a more delicate flavor. but the unit remains hot longer when the thermal ring is used as the focus. I was experimenting with technique .. and that video was...

Don't forget that inside of the carrying tubes top cap... is a spare chamber that is about half the size of what the unit comes with.

    Anvil by Vestratto

The Anvil is pretty amazing. I like my DV without doubt, but I absolutely LOVE the Anvil. I received it yesterday, and since I started using it, I have used no other vaporizer. Thick cloudy vapor every time, that looks like smoke. The ABV is never too dark though... nowhere close to combustion...

    Anvil by Vestratto

I received my Anvil today. I had to work most of the day visiting patients... as the Anvil sat in my car calling to me. Forced to drive with it in a box for 4 hours was a challenge. I do own DynaVap. I do not use it very often, but it is a nice vape. This is an amazing vape. 1st test run, and I...

The Pinky: an open-source DIY injector style thermal extraction device

So simple. I have a box of adapters and had quite a few of this one. Cheap...easy to get... an 18mmM to 18mmF with a screen slapped in there! Screen sits snugly with no weed passing the barrier thanks to that Saturn ring in the center.

    Qaroma/Taroma/Ceroma by QaromaShop

Gosh... I don't know the bead size. It was the little ruby beads that came with the Qaroma Kit. The images below may help with the size. The draw resistance is just right for me so far. EDIT: I just learned that the beads are 3mm

The Pinky: an open-source DIY injector style thermal extraction device

That's what I've done. So far, I am using Taroma with it's PID set to 650º–, and Pinky's dedicated PID is set at 610º

The Pinky: an open-source DIY injector style thermal extraction device

The Ashtray is made of Bakelite, which is the hard black plastic compound used for old liquid medicine jars (ie: cough syrup), as well as handles for Cookware. It does not at any time now touch the ashtray. (but it did earlier) While it does not burn, I am taking no chance here, as I only rest...

    Qaroma/Taroma/Ceroma by QaromaShop

Definitely a heavy hitting device. The heat dispersion is excellent. The Ti housing... Taroma has been ideal so far. My previous aversions to coils, and devices was in no small part a product of insecurity. When one does not have full control over jerks, and twitches, they worry. Sounds...
