Wow, you cant beat FREE. They do have great service, even their main distributor here in Australia has exceptional service. I cant fault them, if all companies were as good as this we would live in a pretty special world.

I had a problem with my box and had to return it, but I only had to return it to the Australian distributor, ( who I assume must return it to MFLB in the USA). I had to send back the whole box as it was before they would send a replacement.

Yea i have a crate just like that too. I actually started using the MFLB because of health reasons, like blood pressure and a mini stroke, I get weird things happen too, dizzy, blurred vision et al.

Mine definitely separated, material started falling down the split.

My box split along that top seam, the split is about a cm long. I've just sent it back to the supplier to have it assessed for a new one. I think the split will only get bigger and while mine was still usable I was concerned it would only get worse.
